I was making another cranberry bread. Always made a mess hand squeezing the orange to get all the juice out. I’ve looked at the juicers but they all seem to small for large oranges. Stainless steel potato ricer works extremely well. Hardly any moisture left when I cleaned out the rind.
I’m kicking myself now… we have a ricer for mashed potatoes/ parsnip puree, and bought a hand held citrus squeezer that’s of course, exactly the same design, but with a hemisphere to squeeze instead of a cylinder. Of course the ricer would have done exactly as good a job.
