Good Afternoon brewers,
With my first batch about ready to be bottled, I figure it is time to get the next one lined up. I picked the La Petite Orange extract kit, and want to try adding the Orange peel and crushed coriander.
It sounds like a few on the forum have done this, and just want to confirm one thing. The recipe says to add these ingredients at flame out. I assume I leave them in through the cool down and pour them into the carboy for 1st stage fermentation?
