Hello I have a question what is the best way to add hot peppers to beer???
I’ve never done a pepper beer but I’ve tried a few decent commercial varieties. Found this for you Brewing with Chiles
Me do add them to the secondary. Soak them first in vodka about 7 days. After i did clean them. Use a mini spider hang it into my fermentor. For about 2 weeks. Pull it out take a grav and taste sample. Me not happy with taste. Add some more peppers. Its a trial by error taste wise
