Hello - I’m considering using oak cubes and whisky (or bourbon) to spruce up a wheat beer. Any ideas of this might work out? Thanks.
Why kind of wheat beer? Hefeweizen or American? You could grab a commercial offering and add some bourbon or whiskey and see what it does.
