3 weeks ago, I brewed a Wells Bombardier clone. My OG was 1.079. last saturday, I racked it to secondary, the gravity was 1.020, and it appeared as if the fermentation was over.
I was planning on bottling it tomorrow, but this morning, I noticed there is airlock activity, and a slight bit of kraussen.
What could cause this new activity? Should I wait to bottle? I was planning to check the gravity in the morning.
