Looking for a homebrewing kit as I have looked at a few but would like some suggestions as this is my first attempt at making cider.
I think there are not a lot of kits because you don’t really need one. I used 5 gallons of local cider and then i added brown sugar until i hit the gravity i wanted. I used white wine yeast but I wish i had used something that didn’t attenuate as well. I used camden tablet to kill the wild yeast and sorbate as described in the below video to knock out my yeast in the end. I back sweetened using a can of organic apple juice concentrate.
