Today is my bottling day. This is my first time bottling. I soaked the bottles in star san. and placed on a rack to dry. I have bubbles inside the bottles. how long should i let them sit? should i wait for all the bubbles to dry up and disappear? How long does it usually take to dry? thanks for your help
The bubbles are just fine, you don’t have to wait to bottle. There’s a phrase around here from NB, “don’t fear the foam”.
I clean used bottles in a sink with a simple soak in oxyclean, inspect for residue then dunk in star SAN for two minutes just prior to bottling, very foamy and wet.
