Ok Call me skeptical Blut can i just use My saved yeast in fridge and without boiling water go straight into properly temped Wort Need that good advise dont want to ruin the Batch thats alchohal abuse in My book please help me unterstand i Need that pro confidense i guess!
Yes you can. I don’t rinse yeast. Store and use as needed. Lots of recent threads here on the process. Do a search and you’ll find more info than you’ll want!
