Me hooked on kveik yeast. Love that stuff. But yesterday. Got some omega hot ale yeast. From a guest. So next week will brew. With hotale. Seems this comes close to kveik yeast. Excited to see if this will do the same thing. As kveik

It’s what I have been using. I was under the impression the were the same of very similar.
Thats what i think as well. Love the way. Kveik behaves around a hot climate. Now going to see if hot ale behaves the same.

Can you brew a 10 gal batch any pictch hotale in one half and kveik in the other?
