What’s so special about national beer day? Someone giving away free beer? Haven’t seen that around here. People aren’t patriotic anymore
Just another day to make it very special!! To drink beer!! We are all getting our Bermuda shorts and flip flops on… wade through the knee deep snow and hoist a few schooners of brew around the fire pit!! No, not really… But I will have a brew after a bit… Sneezles61

Two different people called to remind me it was National Beer Day! Sheesh, I must be getting a reputation.
So the missus and I went to our closest brewery/brewpub and enjoyed some…well, you know, …beer.
I had 3 pints of their ESB, very sessionable and clearly better than my 2014 attempt at a bitter…hmmmm, maybe its time to tackle that style again, theirs was really a nice beer.
