Morning did brew a batch yesterday .but when i di put the products together . To start the brew did see my dme became all chunky ??? Dont know why . Maybe the package not sealed well lucky have more dme so could start my brew session
Yes I would suspect some humid air made it ways into yer DME, it will dissolve in yer hot wort tho…. Hopefully some mouse on the freight ship is enjoying brewing with yer DME too!!
