Had a mid morning start for a brew day last Sunday. Usually have a couple of beers while brewing but usually not having a beer before lunch time. So I had lunch mid morning. Found that the Dead Ringer IPA is a perfect accompaniment to smoked ribs. I was snacking on the trimmings from a rack of country style ribs to turn them into St Louis style for smoking. Had a Chinook IPA a little later. The Chinook didn’t pair as well with the smoked pork.

Grilled on a cedar plank? I did spend some time to shovel out the gas grill… The charcoal grill is close by though… Sneezles61
