Here’s a video of my most recent go at fermenting hard-cider. I thought a video would be an effective way of showing an approach to cider making that could reveal some nuances to the procedure not available in a recipe. Hopefully it will be helpful to newbies, and a good way to generate discussion. I’m fairly new to the process, so I’d be interested in hearing your feedback.
