Advice on pH meters

It sounds like the pH56 is a far superior product to the others, but its possible that the meter is defective. I have the pH56 and have had minimal drift issues, but I have been meticulous about storing in storage solution and swirling in use. By the same token I brew with delvered spring water from a company that gave me its tested specs and add RO and add back CaCl pretty much as my sole addition (gypsum way back when before the meter - now abandoned). Plus I don’t check every batch, because the tested batches were pretty consistent over several testings.

I would go with a whole house RO system, but I can’t seem to find a system that is reasonably priced, while producing enough on-demand output for brewing and whole house use.

Stick with it Ken! Your beers rock.

Adwa ph meters have calibration failure.
