Where did I screw up?

So after bottled for a week, I decided to crack one open. Not surprisingly, the beer was not good. Carbonation is fine, but the beer just tastes sour. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure it’s not supposed to taste that way. Belgian Whit?

Actually, it’s not uncommon for a wit to have some sourness to it.

I’ve been reading that too. I’ll just crack one open every week to see if anything is changing.
