Smoked a turkey yesterday for the heck of it. Turned out great but I think fried Turkey trumps all turkeys!

That looks fantastic!
My wife wanted baked barbecue chicken with baked potatoes for her Motherās Day meal. I made a rub with vegetable oil, coriander, oregano, black pepper, salt, paprika, cumin, fennel, and garlic and put it between the skin and the meat and also on the outside of the skin. Glazed it with sauce twice before it came out of the oven. Baked potatoes were poked with a fork and slathered with EVOO and Kosher salt and wrapped in foil. Everything turned out beautifully both in presentation and quality. Wish Iād have take a picture.

My wife has it on once in a while. She coined EVOO (Rachel not my wife). Last couple of times the show seemed less about cooking and more nonsense. She has made a boatload of money with it though.
It looks like all of the TV cooks like to fry everything.
