Awesome. Too bad we’re already into the New Year, that would be a great challenge/resolution. After starting with 2.5 gallon batches, and moving up to 5, and now 10 gallons, I’ve actually become very intrigued by one gallon batches. They’re refreshingly simple, and allow for experimentation. No need for a chiller, and no need to freeze my butt off outside during the winter. The obvious drawback is that you only get less than a 12-pack out of it, so when I’m restocking my house brews I still pull out the big equipment.
