That looks like it could be on the right track. I just wish I had more of it to test. Based on the sweetness a FG of 1.030 would have to be about right. From what I gather they did a great job this year balancing everything out between the hops, the residual sweetness and the roast flavors. I’d probably brew that recipe.
I think I’ll give it a shot after the New Year. Too much going on before then, and I have one more beer to brew for the holidays. I’ll let you know how it turns out (next fall).
