Well… due to work and everything else, I never did get around to finding out if it was drinkable or needed dumped… It’s still hogging up a fermenter in the basement. Hopefully I’ll find time soon to devote to it though.
Interestingly, whatever is on the surface of the brew has not dropped. It’s still floating there roughly the same size as it was when I posted about it.
