I’m a hop, skip, and a throw away from magic hat brewery and the more I go there the less I am impressed with their beers. It’s seems Heady Topper has just taken over my taste buds for the VT end.
I’ve only had it twice (once on tap, once in a bottle) and each time I get a distinct flavor of pencil lead (or i guess technically graphite). Not pleasant at all. Does anyone else pick up this flavor?
