Today I drank Rheder’s Husaren Trunk, a good tasting beer that reminded me of a Marsden/Octoberfest lager, It was in Costco’s Brewer’s Advent Calendar 2021, a box of 24 beers from Germany. It was 5.3 % ABV, medium bodied, mildly sweet, with a deep gold color and a moderate hop flavor. Could anyone suggest an all grain recipe or partial mash recipe to make this beer?
