Would you be hesitant to reuse yeast from a fermenter after adding gelatin?

Regarding my paranoia about light, I’m a newbie and am somewhat paranoid about everything that can go wrong.
Because all my closets have real wood floors in them and I’m concerned about wild yeast spores and a possible gusher, I do my fermenting in a corner of the kitchen over a linoleum floor (for easier cleanup if the worst should happen.)
I’m bottle conditioning my seventh batch and so far everything has been drinkable. When I get a few more batches under my belt, I’ll probably relax a bit more.
I agree with mattnaik. You will be fine in clean sanitized plastic… although I really do prefer glass.
And no I would not be concerned about refusing yeast with gelatin on it. The yeast will continue to perform just fine.
