Kama Citra was just bottled, Surly Furious was just transferred to Secondary in preparation for dry hopping and to make room in my Primary to brew Jamil’s Evil Twin, which was brewed yesterday.

Updated through August:

1/11/14 Chinook IPA
1/18/14 Pirate’s Plunder India Dark Ale
2/2/14 Bourbon Barrel Porter
3/2/14 The Plinian Legacy
3/23/14 Caribou Slobber
4/26/14 Jamil’s Evil Twin
5/10/14 Lakefront Fixed Gear
6/14/14 The Plinian Legacy

8/17/14 Extra Special Bitter
8/31/14 Smashing Pumpkin Ale

ESB and Smashing Pumpkin will be ready mid-late October and Bourbon Barrel Porter will be ready late November so I should be able to get one to three more done this year and beat my goal of 12. :stuck_out_tongue:

This has been a good brewing year since I’m still in treatments but getting around better. Just reading and watching everyone’s interactions on here (and the AHA board) makes me realize what a special group homebrewers make up.

Updated through November including planned brews for balance of year:

1/11/14 Chinook IPA
1/18/14 Pirate’s Plunder India Dark Ale
2/2/14 Bourbon Barrel Porter
3/2/14 The Plinian Legacy

9/20/14 Lakefront Bridge Burner (first attempt at partial mash :stuck_out_tongue: )
10/5/14 Midnight Beaten Wheaten Porter partial mash
11/2/14 Dry Dock Urca Vanilla Porter partial mash
11/23/14 Nugget Nectar Clone from Craft Beer for the Homebrewer
12/7/14 Ace of Space Black IPA

That will bring my total for the year to 16, it’s been a great year for brewing! Now I am planning on setting up a batch sparge cooler for next year since I’ve gotten a few partial mashes under my belt and feel a bit more comfortable with finally giving it a shot. I may try a BIAB or two first as “practice runs”. Thanks for all the education from everyone here, it’s really helped a ton.
