My pleasure!! If you look at my first pic of the AC unit you can see the copper sensor running diagonally inside the unit behind the louvers. If I were in a situation where the temp outside the Fermentation Box was below 62F then your application would be perfect! Cheers!!!

My air conditioner only goes down to 60 f and my basement temps are in the upper 50’s in the winter. to be able to ferment lagers I put the temp probe in a WL yeast tube and put the probe in a bucket of water that has a aquarium heater in it set to 62f to fool the AC. now I can go down to 48-50 easily. I like the night light idea.

I use a glass door fridge, it gets down to 35 degrees with no problem so it makes it very easy to adjust the temp and it holds a 30 gallon fermenter.

I don’t know if I want to trust my AC needs to a handyman who can’t afford an intelligent spam bot :smiley:
