well i bottled them all with dominoe dots and was nervouse because two weeks in no carbonation but now close to a month nice carbonation and fantastic flavor and aroma

No not that dry but tiny bubbles just the right amount of sweetness.
Hopefully it stays right here but I don’t have them that warm low 60s so they may get more sparkling
I feel the cider gets better with the “sparkling” effect.

i used to keg and bottle my cider to better control the carbonation amount. Past few years have been bottling to save a step. Much harder to hit the “sweet” spot when bottling.
I suppose bottle conditioning takes alot of practice to get it right…
Hey, last night I tried a cider infused with Chia(?) tea… I cant say any of the tea versions ever appealed to me…
but the cider I had was very tasty… I’ll be looking forward to another pint.

Season is coming around again. Stashed a few of these and drinking one now almost a year later. Very good indeed aged well
