For the cold crashing, I assume using a plastic fermentor is bad? Im currently using the plastic big mouth bubblers for my fermentation. I still have my original plastic bucket, currently using that for my starsan.
I’ve not heard any problems with plastic fermenters and chilling…. Some how you’ll need to let the fermenter breathe in tho! Sneezles61
I have a foam stopper I use for my starter flask. Same size as the bung for the fermenter
