I know. You’re not the first person to fall prey to, and certainly won’t be the last. That pointed post wasn’t directed at you by any means but I’m hoping new Brewers catch the boldness of it and realize the functionality of those programs. And that bottling could be disastrous if it’s misleading (I haven’t bottled in 9 years so I wouldn’t know).

I do think a rebuild of the extract brewing and yeast handling and fermenting and testing needs a big over haul… Those directions come from the 90’s and the companies that don’t upgrade/renew are going to loose a base of up and coming home brewers that need to get the right info so the first couple of brews don’t go awry and turn them off. I was too there…Sneezles61
