2nd Fermentation, How Long?

I use the SS buckets (I’ve said that alot around here lately) I go full duration in them, in the freez-mentor… Because I’ve got a few brews under my belt, and down the gullet, the only time I rack out of them is to package in the keg… Ferment… bring up to room temp for a week to finish off, then cold crash… And I rigged them up to push the finished brew out with CO2… I’d bet I have half the money into 2 fermenter, compared to a conical… Sneezles61

Update 6/6/19: It’s been conditioning for 2 weeks now. Just took a FG reading. It came in at 1.010. So, that’s an ABV of 7.09%. Sounds good to me and better than that, The Wife likes it. I’ll dry hop it tonight and bottle it next week. Thanks everyone for your insight.
