Your 'Go To' IPA Bittering hop?

Love Chinook!

Centennial and Amarillo just because theyre great for bitterimg and if you end up with a surplus you’ve got great late addition and dry hopping options.

+1. My 1st choice above everything else.

[quote=“El Capitan”]Nobody has mentioned Warrior yet - why not?

I just picked up a lb to bitter a lot of upcoming batches.

I’ve never used Warrior before…in part because they don’t seem as easy to come by as Columbus or Nugget (my go-to-hops). I took a look, though, and it just so happens my LHBS has some now. Might have to give them a shot!

My first year Chinooks outgrew my other 3 varieties this 1st year. I love to bitter whit Nugget and Chinook. Stoked for my first wet hop, probably this coming weekend- all backyard hops.

Generally Columbus or Chinook, since I live the bite they give, but I’m starting to go with Hop Shot for IPA’s where I have a lot of late/FWH hops, just to cut back on the amount of vegetative mass in the boil kettle.

Was a big magnum fan until I tried nugget… Then never looked back

Bravo?
