Doing a early double ipa
Today. No rain waiting for the mash to be done ten min more sparge water ready to go.

All done yester day 50 gal. Around 11 am all cleaned up. Nice grav of 1.075. Cascade and cetennial hops. Plan to dry hop with loral hops. Never did use loral hops before. Check this morning. Both my speidal fermenters full and busy. Fermenting. Did use kveik yeast

I had to read up on Loral hops…originally from France(Tardif de Bourgogne hops), crossed with Glacier(US), and described as a “super Noble” hop. Let us know how it turns out!

Did smell good once a open the package. They say sort of black pepper taste
