I did my first yeast starter on a Stir Plate and just wow, it went off fast and completed even faster. It is done now from all visible appearances but I am not brewing until tomorrow morning. Should I put it in the fridge or just let it remain on the stir plate until tomorrow morning? It is White Labs Abbey Ale WLP530. Thanks
Put it in the frig to drop the yeast out of the spent wort. Decant the spent wort before pitching, with enough time left over for the yeast to reach pitching temperature. Pitch cool, let wort and yeast warm to fermentation temperature.
