Hi everyone! just received my second recipe a milk stout! I noticed the dry yeast the safale s-04 wasn’t vacummed sealed like the yeast in the slobber brown ale? Should it be or am I ok? Thanks.
Dry yeast is never vacuum sealed as far as I know. Not something to worry about.
Nottingham is vacuum sealed, and I would guess the other Lallemand products are too. But no, S-04 and the like are not. Nothing to worry about here.
