Yeast Harvest w/ pics

Here is my yeast harvest from last night. The yeast is a 5th generation Nottingham strain from a wheaten beatdown.

Shaken and lain flat to settle

Layering after 15minutes

Pouring just the yeast[/b]

Yeast in the fridge, carboy to be cleaned, beer to be drunk and girlfriend to photobomb!

The next morning…

Trub at the very bottom, flocc’d yeast (white) layer and suspended yeast (creamy) and beer on top.
