Yeast harvest after cold crash?

When you cold crash in the primary say at the three week mark, are you still able to harvest the yeast? That is to say, will the yeast still be viable after 3-4 days of ~40 degree cold crashing?

You should be fine. I’ve done it at the two and a half week mark with no problems.
