Wyeast 1581 for CDA?

Thinking about using this yeast for a Cascadian Dark Ale this weekend. This part of the description is what peeked my interest.

“Ferments to dryness and produces moderate levels of esters without significant phenolic or spicy characteristics.”

I’d like this CDA to be a little more dry and less sweet. Thoughts?

I also have 1272 which is my standard IPA/APA yeast. But I’m interested in this 1581. Anyone use it yet with a hoppy ale?
