Wyeast 1098

Is this normally a very fast mover? High krausen after 12 hours…and no krausen after 60 hours…brewing the buffalo sweat partial mash…keeping the temp around 62.

I haven’t used 1098, but I hear it starts fast and ferments fast, sometimes within three days or so, so your beer is probably right in the ballpark. :cheers:
