Will Wheaton played Wesley Crusher on “star trek the next generation” back in the day. He now has several appearances on “The big bang theory”. He apparently home brewed as a hobby in the last few years and has now found the money or investors to back him in a commercial brewing escapade.

For any board game players out there (I’ll admit I am one of them…) he also has a pretty good number of youtube videos on some of the better games. kind of goes through the rules, then plays a game with 3-4 B level actors/comedians etc.

One of those celebs that doesn’t take himself too seriously and seems to get that he really isn’t that big of a deal…he just played a guy on TV back in the 90s.
I liked him more when I found out that he’s a homebrewer.

It would be awesome if he became a ragular member. I think my wife has had a secret crush on him since the 80s. Her favorite movie of all time is Stand by Me. Maybe she’d take more interest in my hobby if she knew there were W.W. connections involved.

Strangely enough, my wife just emailed me a vehement “ORDER IT” when I told her about this kit. I may throw together the AG version this weekend… I was already looking to brew an IPA of some sort.
