I recently brewed a hefe with wlp380. It has only been bottled for a week, but is nicely carbed. The head on this beer smells like sulfur-y fart. The beer is nicely tart with plenty of clove and no banana. Will the sulfur age out? It is very drinkable, but the first whiff is very off putting.
Totally normal. The sulfur will be gone in a few weeks.
