Anybody used the wlp 008 yeast? I first noticed this strain at my LHBS 2 weeks ago while getting some grains and decided to try it in my “heady” clone. I made a 2L starter and pitched at 62 on Monday. It took off fairly quick and is still chugging now. Figured I have 3 solid on tap so I can play around with this brew.
008 is a pretty good yeast. I used it some before I switched to mostly dry yeast.
