I was pondering a Charlie P. recipe (gunnawanna toberfest) and it references wild hops. Not readily available in Oklahoma. I wonder what most likely would be similar.
Want it to taste wild without using actual wild hops, eh? Try a blend of Cluster and Columbus. A very odd matchup, but should get you all the wild you need!
