White labs pure pitch question?

@Hardbrewer123 what is the targeted SG of the wort you are going to make?

Its kind of weird they dont put a date on the package. The way i do it. From the moment it does leave. Yeastbay. I track my package. And that date i do use as freshness. Viability. And use. Yeaststarter calculator. With this date. Its not 100 proc accurate. But got sort of starting point

A look at their site indicates that this best by date is 6 months after packaging.
