Second dubbell batch in a row that didnt finish after two weeks in the primary (only got down to 1.028). Last time thought I goofed up and oversparged resulting in the 4.9% ABV, but it just happened again and I know everything was right on the money with all calcs and measurements. Just pitched some dry Safale-05 in to see if it could finish. Also first batch was really sour. Maybe a bad yeast batch? I used the same batch of yeast for both beers (with starter).
