Where's my gravity?

8 year veteran to homebrewing, first time I’ve had this happen to me or heard about it. I’m running things through my head over and over, and I’m stumped.

Completely normal brew day. Quick “no recipe” extract brew, cleaning out the fridge of extra bags of hopps and just throwing it all together. New (meaning unopened few months old) bottle of 6# gold lme, 1# extra light dme both getting 60 min boil. Check gravity after cooling to 70* F… 1.030.

Full boil or partial? If partial could be wort stratification.
