Know anyone that owns a tavern? Ask them to quiz there soda distributor about kegs. I got a bunch of mine after a bar owner supplied soda to a yearly picnic only to never bother retrieving the empties. They sat for a year in a storage shed then he did it again the next so I figured no one was interested so they were fair game.
You can put a wanted ad on Craigslist also. You never know who might have some in their garage taking up space.
