Wyeast 1007 = Blowoff tube instead of airlock.
Thought I could maybe sneak by without it as I was trying out my new freezer and fermenting at about 56-57. Nope. Took a bit longer, but still a blowoff, minor clean up, fit with a tube. At least I caught it early and did not fill up my freezer with krauesen.
