I’m about to boil and don’t know when to add malto dextrin?
I usually add it towards the end of the boil.
But you can add it any time.
Yep, I add it at the 5min mark.
If you add it to the keg, be sure to boil it and cool it down to the same temp as the beer before adding. Otherwise, it reacts with the carbonation and makes a mess.
