What type of Quick disconnects

How many of you use them? Blichmann or ball lock style? Sneezles61

I use the ball lock style. Namely because they came with my system. I’ve never tried the blichmann or camlocks.

I do have some on my pump, and now will get some for my manifold. Just weighing out the pros and cons of others. Price isn’t the driving force, per say… Sneezles61

Although I’ve never used the camlocks I did just come across this sale:

I’ve bought items from this place before. It’s reputable.

Camlocks all the way. The ball-locks are a real PITA, especially when they get a little sticky wort in them. When you get in a situation where you have to make a quick connection with just one hand, while you’re trying to keep 10 gallons of hot wort from dumping on the ground or yourself, you’ll appreciate the camlocks.

Hey, those cam locks look like a good fit. I will give them a try. I can git one complete set for less than the price I paid just for the female quickie!! Sneezles61

Cam locks on their way, and a couple of compression fittings so I can get my CFC into action! Thank you Loopie, Sneezles61

Was pretty quick, in my hands and awaiting installation… Sneezles61
