as far as what to make I think its easier to ask what can’t you make.

add to the extract
4 gal batch 5.5 boil
then hit it with the notty yeast @ 65 for 12 day and dry hop with your choose of hops and a lets call it HOT I.P.A is born.
I know I type ugly but that’s what I would brew if I had all those hot fermentables in the safe.
Here’s a possible database you could use to determine what you could brew. This is link will not provide the Brewing Classic Styles recipe, but it is supposed to tell you which of the recipes you could brew given your available ingredients. I have not used it, but I have kept the link for future use.
Print out the BJCP style guide. Tape it to the wall. Throw a dart!
Seriously though… there isn’t much you can’t make with all those ingredients.
Maybe you could point us in a more specific direction. What do you like? Do you want a spring time beer? High ABV, low ABV?
