as far as what to make I think its easier to ask what can’t you make.

Crisp Maris Otter Liquid Malt Extract 1.038 UK 4 lbs
Honey Malt Grain 1.037 Canada 1 lbs
Briess White Malt Wheat Grain 1#
Belgian Caramel Pils Grain .5#
Rahr 2-Row Grain 1.5#

Cascade Aroma/Bittering 7.10 1oz 60 min
Cascade Aroma/Bittering 7.10 .5 oz 30 min
Williamette .5 oz 0 min

mash 154 60 min
add to the extract
4 gal batch 5.5 boil
then hit it with the notty yeast @ 65 for 12 day and dry hop with your choose of hops and a lets call it HOT I.P.A is born.

I know I type ugly but that’s what I would brew if I had all those hot fermentables in the safe.

Here’s a possible database you could use to determine what you could brew. This is link will not provide the Brewing Classic Styles recipe, but it is supposed to tell you which of the recipes you could brew given your available ingredients. I have not used it, but I have kept the link for future use.

Seriously though… there isn’t much you can’t make with all those ingredients.
Maybe you could point us in a more specific direction. What do you like? Do you want a spring time beer? High ABV, low ABV?

Mainly drink IPA. Have ability to brew ales and all grain.

4.5lbs Pale Malt US
4lbs Pale Malt UK
1 lb Belgian Caramel Pils
12oz Crystal 40L

Cascade 7.1% 12g 60
Cascade 7.1% 18g 30
Cascade 7.1% 40g 10
Cascade 7.1% 42g 0 15 minute Hop Steep
Cascade 7.1% 42g Whirlpool 170F-180F
Cascade 7.1% 28g Dry Hop @68F 3-4 days
Cascade 7.1% 28g Dry Hop Cold Under 50F 3-4 days

Yeast US-05, Bry 97, or San Diego Super

Will be a cross between a Pale Ale and an IPA.( Based on Epic Pale Ale) :cheers:

mash at 148-150 for 60 or 75 min
60 min boil

5 lbs - 2 row
5 lbs - pale
2 lbs - wheat
4 ounces - red wheat

1 oz cluster @ 30
1 oz cascade @20
1 oz cascade @10
1 oz cascade @5

Hop stand for 30 -60 min

1968 yeast

1 oz cascade dry hop for 4 days.
1 oz amarillo dry hope 4 days
