So I’ve recently switched to all grain brewing, and I’ve got some extra DME and grains that I ordered on a whim and I don’t know what I should brew with them. For extract I’ve got a pound of Gold Dry extract and a pound of Amber Dry extract. For the grains I’ve got a pound of Rahr 2 Row and a pound of Caramel 10L. As far as hops go I’ve got Centennial, Amarillo, Zythos, UK Fuggles, and Warrior. I brew 1 gallon batches due to limited space. I also have a vial of Bourbon yeast. I’m pretty sure I could concoct some crazy IIPA or even an American Barleywine with what I have, but was wondering if there was anything else I could possibly create with these ingredients. I’d like to do a partial mash with these if possible. If there’s anyone that could give me some suggestions as to what I could brew with these it would be a great help. I also can get to my LHBS to pick up anything else I might need. Suggestions?
Use the DME for yeast starters. Everything else translates into AG.
