i would go ahead with what you got and taste the results, then if you want to change something make another batch with those changes.otherwise you might go overboard and ruin the whole thing.

I’ve only made one Belgian white. I didn’t mess with it at all after brewing. It turned out really good and didn’t last very long at all.
